Nothing too exciting has happened these last few days. I just worked from home both days for my internship. I did a lot of work with the iContact and excel spreadsheets. It was a lot of tedious work, but I got it done. I have been mostly been doing mass mailings and reformatting of a lot of things. I feel that I am learning a lot of skills for programs that I am going to use in the future in other internships and eventually a job!
Tomorrow I have class until 1:15 and then I think I am going to go and venture on my own! I am comfortable enough with getting my way around that I can finally navigate by myself and do some exploring. I was thinking about perhaps getting to Harrod's but then again, I might wait to go there when my dad gets here, since his gifts to me from Harrod's are what planted the seed for me to want to study in London. I might just walk around and do some shopping in a market or something. I am not sure, but that's what I love about London, there is always something fun or interesting to explore!
That's all I really have to report for now. I sent my mom a list of things that I absolutely MUST have my dad bring over this weekend. When I say must, I mean it is absolutely vital for my survival... Those items are.. peanut butter and mac n' cheese. Really crucial for my well being... The peanut butter here is WHACKY and is just not ok for a pb connoisseur such as myself. And I gotta have some Shop Rite mac cause I basically live on that stuff! It's killing me without it.
