Wedding Bliss

The wedding was fantastic! Marisa looked absolutely STUNNING. The wedding took place in a church in Battery Park and was a lovely ceremony.

Soon as the ceremony ended, the bridal party went across the river to take some pictures, but a number of my extended family members and I headed over to where the reception was going to be to kill some time. We hada  couple of drinks and some lovely conversation. The cocktail hour was absolutely delightful. There was on open bar, out door patio, beautiful scenery and my fantastic family.

After a number of glasses of wine and some tequila shots with my dad and cousin, we had an awesome night. The food was delicious, the decorations were perfect and a lot of fun was had by all. It makes me think of my wedding and I hope people enjoy mine as much as I enjoy theirs!

On the way home in the car, I was yelling out the window at pedestrians asking them to "knuck me up" and to "not leave a sister hanging." It was quite a spectacle. I also had some bonding time with the driver because I called shot gun.

This morning we woke up and headed to the diner for some father's day brunch ( and some much needed greasy food and water!) My Aunt Tiny, Uncle Ron, Aunt Hannah and the boys came along as well. It was lovely.

Then, my friend Sam came down and spent the day with us. We went out on the boat which was a little rough since it was windy. We got a little wet, but it was still a nice afternoon. We then headed to the Briar's for my favorite meal and then Sam and I grabbed some froyo (obviously, I'm an addict).

We then hung out with the Ossining gang for a little while just to say goodbye since I'm heading back to LA tomorrow morning! It was a whirlwind trip, but it was so great to see everyone and have such a fabulous time.

I love you all and if I didn't get to see you this trip, I'll be back home in just a little over a month. I cannot believe it.

Lots of love,
Paige xx

P.S.: More pictures to come, but for some reason, they aren't loading off of my phone!
