When I say Gay, You say Pride!

This morning, after a few minor setbacks, Julianne and I headed down to Santa Monica Blvd for the Gay Pride Parade! After we spent a little more than we should have on attire, we were decked out and ready to show our support! It was a beautiful day, we got a ton of free swag and got to see so many people showing support. Aside from the hungover homeless man that was lying next to us, everyone was incredibly happy.

We saw a couple of famous people showing support including Molly Ringwald, Neene Leeks (Real Housewives of Atlanta) and Chaz Bono (Cher's daughter who is now a son). We left after about 2 hours because Johnny Rockets was calling our names, but had a wonderful day regardless. There were plenty of people in crazy outfits. It was such a blast.

We came home and relaxed and awaited 9pm which marked the beginning of birthday celebrations for Julianne's 21st! We popped a bottle of champagne and there were even some fireworks off in the distance, right at 9pm! Tomorrow is when the real fun begins.

There's a $2 mini flag in my hair... We then saw flags that were 2 for $5 and were 5 times the size.

I'm working all week so I can get the credits I need, but I'm flying home early Friday morning for my cousin Marisa's wedding! I'm so excited because A. I'm SO happy for Marisa B. I love weddings C. I get to see my family and tell them how much I love Cali and how they're going to have to drag me back just like they did from London...
